Questions about money
Who pays?
Only the host, once per event, in the Aside app. Guests never pay and never need an account.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once per event. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Who counts as a guest?
A guest who takes at least one photo. Scanning the code or looking at the album never uses a place, and the host doesn’t count.
What happens if more guests come?
When the camera is full, new guests wait, and you see them in the app. Choose a bigger size and pay only the difference: 25 to 50 guests is $9.99. Every photo stays.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds go through Apple. Open Purchases in the Aside app’s Settings and tap Request a refund, or ask Apple directly.
Why is the price different in my country?
Apple shows prices in your local currency and adds local taxes, so the amount can differ from the US dollar price on this page.
